“LifeModem Scholars” Scholarship Program

The “LifeModem Scholars” Scholarship Program promotes academic development by encouraging post baccalaureate students interested in science or medicine to pursue advanced careers in cancer-related research. This is accomplished through financial support in the form of annual fellowships. Students accepted as LifeModem Scholars will become the next generation of investigators aiding in the advancement of cancer research.

LifeModem supports the training of the most talented and creative African American postdoctoral scientists and physicians as they move forward in their research careers. This funding enables them to be trained by established investigators in leading research laboratories across the country.
