Gifts In Memory of a Loved One

Give lasting meaning to your condolences with a memorial that aids cancer research. You may also use a LifeModem Foundation gift to commemorate occasions such as a birthday and anniversary. This is an exceptionally meaningful tribute to a loved one.

Remember the Foundation in your Will or Trust

Support the LifeModem Foundation after providing for your family and loved ones. Bequests in the form of property, securities or cash provide long-term financial stability to the LifeModem Foundation. You may also establish a trust that benefits you or your loved ones, as well as the Foundation. Corporate Matching Funds

If you or your spouse work for a company that matches all or part of employees' charitable contributions, please ask for the company's Matching Gift form and send it to the address below. This is a great way to maximize the power of your gift.

Retirement and Insurance Plans

Name LifeModem as a beneficiary of your IRA, 401(k), Keogh, 403(b), TIAA/CREF or other retirement plan; or of your life insurance policy.

Gifts of Securities

If you have stock that has grown in value and produces little income, you may want to consider the option many donors are taking advantage of—making a charitable gift of stock.
